Congratulate us -- we all made it to Munich safely and with our luggage!

Just a quick hello to let you know this is where we will be updating the Gamecock nation on our experiences in Germany as often as we can find an available (and affordable) Internet connection.

We're here with Drs. Sidel and Tanner in conjunction with the Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film (HFF) München, whose students visited us in November to film various topics of interest. Four of us will post on this blog, photos and video clips included, as part of an integrated marketing plan we are working on for the Journalism School's Study Abroad program.

We plan to each write individually so you can get a taste of our personal experiences, so look for a photo at the top of each post to identify its author. We hope you enjoy what we have to share and that it helps you have an appreciation for what studying abroad can offer.
